The Forklift Loadable Truck Rack by Rack-it

Gary Kank, Sales Manager for Rack-it Truck Racks shows us the differences in a forklift loadable truck. Many contractors prefer the forklift loadable rack so they can have forklifts load material directly on the rack rather than hand loading. Sure saves the back!

Show Us Your Rack-it Sighting At Belden's Landing

Here's another Rack-it Truck Rack sighting at Belden's Landing at the Montezuma Slough in the Suisun Delta area. This one is attached to a great Chevy Extended Cab Short Bed truck and was pulling a boat out of the water when we noticed the rack. The truck is owned by Eric Ochs, Project Manager and Foreman for Archer Building Company, Inc. of El Dorado Hills CA. This particular rack is a camper shell rack with the posts set slightly outside the bed area to accomodate a camper shell.

Thanks for showing us your Rack-it, Eric!

It's Pipe, Not Tubing.

Just because our racks look pretty and look like metal tubing, they are and they are not. They are pretty, but they are not tubing, they are made of HD schedule 10 pipe. The difference is everything when it comes to strength (the one on the left, of course. . .). Yet with our unique design, they look so attractive on your truck, you hardly notice it has a rack at all. In fact, many people don't like the idea of a truck rack because they're thinking of those big, heavy duty, square things they see on a lot of work trucks. We offer the best of both in that they are strong like the square ones, but follow the lines of your truck to blend in with it's good looks and style.
